New Objkt.com Sales Record In Tez

XCOPY has broken the all-time Tezos NFT sales record (denominated in tez) with the sale of REACHBACK for 82,500 tez as top sales on Objkt.com reach new heights.

The previous record was set by a Code Crafting collaboration when they bought the Ghost Tezzard by OMGiDRAWEDit for 30,000 tez.

The ghost Tezzard purchase on the 6th September 2021 still holds the record for the highest USD sale at $163,683 due to the higher price of XTZ at the time.

New tez Record

On 28th of May, the record denominated in tez was broken with the sale of REACHBACK, for 82,500 tez, ($160,658 at the time).

In the last 30 days, there have been 5 sales above 10,000 tez in denomination and these five sales alone account for sales volume of over $500,000 based on today’s Tezos price. 

Other notable high-volume pieces include NFTs from the Garden Monolith FXhash Genesis collection by Zancan and Encounter I by Alonerone.

Objkt.com, which now has over 2,000,000 tokens indexed on the platform, has seen unprecedented growth in past months and now big investors appear to be bringing in big sales volume to complement the already vibrant Tezos art scene.
