The Crypto Legends NFT series has been a characteristic series that is evolving on Hic Et Nunc (HEN) for a while now. Crypto Legends portrays creatures that originate from Brazilian legends.

A limited number of editions is dropped regularly, and after a set period of a few days, the remaining unsold NFTs are burned.

After the conclusion of season one, the start of season two was ushered in with the Turmalina Paraíba, an NFT inspired by a gemstone discovered in the district of São José da Batalha, state of Paraíba. Owners of this NFT get some exclusive legends airdropped.

Before season two started, Crypto Legends announced that the proceeds of certain Legends will be donated to charities. The charities selected all aim to improve the preservation of forests, animals and vulnerable communities in the Pantanal region.

Tucano Do Bico De Ouro

The first Legend to have such purpose is the Tucano do bico de ouro https://www.hicetnunc.xyz/objkt/430378 (The golden beak toucan).

Legend has it in the Juréia-Itatins region on the south coast of São Paulo, Brazil, that a golden toucan appears every seven years making a flight from Morro do Pogoçá to the Juréia massif, returning seven years later, and so on. And that the person who has vision of the golden toucan will be a rich and happy man.
